Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

A K-12 educational setting in Boulder City, NV, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students across two campuses. This contract position begins as a per diem role with the potential to transition into a full-time assignment, offering 25-30 hours per week initially. Key Responsibilities: Provide behavior intervention services to K-12 students, implementing individualized plans. Collect and document data accurately to track progress. Collaborate with educators and therapists to support student development. Maintain professional communication with team members and families. Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. Experience working with K-12 caseloads preferred. Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and data collection methods. Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment and work effectively across two campuses. Location & Assignment Details: Location: Boulder City, NV. Schedule: Starts as per diem; potential to move to full-time. Hours: Approximately 25-30 hours per week to start.
