Ortho Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will assist clinic professionals and staff daily, serving the needs of our patients in an outpatient setting. You will ensure treatment areas are clean, safe and prepared for patients. You will assist patients as needed in scheduling future appointments in the clinic.

• Engages in promoting evidence-based standards of care and lifelong learning through autonomous and collaborative participation in research, journal club/reviews, teaching/mentoring/CI, and/or clinical practice education within a peer group
• Regularly participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships with a minimum of 2 contacts per month
• Actively supports scheduling so that each patient meets the plan of care as agreed upon by the patient and referring physician by adjusting and adapting their own schedule and/or working within the team in order to meet the patients needs
• Determines Physical Therapy Diagnosis and establishes plan of care, make recommendations for referral if treatment needed outside of scope of Physical Therapist practice

• Physical Therapist (PT) Temporary State permit as Physical Therapist
