• Lead and manage a team of software developers and engineers
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with product management, architects, and other stakeholders

• Architect and design scalable, robust, and secure software solutions
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of all developed software
• Identify and implement new technologies and tools

• Communicate technical concepts and project status clearly and concisely

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles and design patterns
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages relevant to enterprise applications
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
• Solid understanding of database technologies
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
