About the role

Provide technical support for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365) products. Support customers with security-related issues. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners. Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
  • 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • Fluent in Japanese language
  • Confident in English language
  • CyberDefender Mindset
  • Customer Service Foundations (LinkedIn Learning) or other Customer Service Training/Experience
