IT Business Analyst - Journey

The IT Business Analyst serves as the agency’s IT Business/System Analyst and is responsible for analyzing and documenting systems business requirements and developing designs that meet customer, and stakeholder needs and improve existing processes

• Provide business and systems analysis for mission critical applications and systems
• Analyze current and requested system functionality to identify risks and gaps
• Facilitate definition and elicitation of business requirements
• Translate business needs into business requirements documents
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users/stakeholders and technical staff

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field
• Four (4) years of demonstrated experience of information technology
• A combination of education and/or relevant IT experience
