• Planning and writing support content that's easy to find, use, and understand
• Collaborating with engineering partners, marketing stakeholders, and designers
• Conducting content reviews with key partners from engineering, product marketing, and legal teams
• Identifying content gaps and proposing logical ways to fill them based on data
• Building, reviewing, and socializing content plans, progress, and results with partners and senior managers
• Tracking KPIs to measure content efficiency and optimizing/improving content as needed

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience crafting content plans and using data to make decisions and advocate for a strategy
• Understanding usability principles and structured authoring to support AI
• Ability to balance multiple tasks for several projects at the same time, often on short timelines
• Experience writing content for desktop, mobile, and other apps and channels
• Ability to synthesize content requests and data from multiple sources into cohesive content plans
• Experience writing sleek, user-focused content
• Ability to socialize ideas across all levels of an organization and turning them into robust action plans for delivery
• Superb organizational skills and a proven track record of producing content projects in a transparent and well-documented manner
