Responsibilities
- Planning and writing support content that's easy to find, use, and understand
- Collaborating with engineering partners, marketing stakeholders, and designers
- Conducting content reviews with key partners from engineering, product marketing, and legal teams
- Identifying content gaps and proposing logical ways to fill them based on data
- Building, reviewing, and socializing content plans, progress, and results with partners and senior managers
- Tracking KPIs to measure content efficiency and optimizing/improving content as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience crafting content plans and using data to make decisions and advocate for a strategy
- Understanding usability principles and structured authoring to support AI
- Ability to balance multiple tasks for several projects at the same time, often on short timelines
- Experience writing content for desktop, mobile, and other apps and channels
- Ability to synthesize content requests and data from multiple sources into cohesive content plans
- Experience writing sleek, user-focused content
- Ability to socialize ideas across all levels of an organization and turning them into robust action plans for delivery
- Superb organizational skills and a proven track record of producing content projects in a transparent and well-documented manner
