Claims Analyst IV-Auto and GL

The Casualty Claims Analyst IV is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating general and auto liability claims while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Investigating, evaluating, and negotiating general and auto liability claims
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Conducting thorough investigations of coverage, liability, and damages
• Complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Establishing appropriate loss and expense reserves
• Communicating effectively with internal and external customers
• Managing complex litigated cases
• Preparing Large Loss reports and maintaining ongoing claim updates

• 2+ years of Auto and General Liability claim experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience resolving moderate severity injury claims
• Property and Casualty licenses required
