DSHS ESH Registered Nurse 3

The Nurse Supervisor that we are looking for will demonstrate compassionate patient care, a strong work ethic, and consistently display good judgment to provide supportive leadership on the ward they will supervise.

• Supervise, educate, coach, and mentor nursing staff, and foster a caring environment that respects our patients' dignity.
• Lead and manage nursing care on your ward and shift, including administering medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to maintain a high quality of nursing care for people being treated for behavioral health conditions.

• Registered Nurse with a valid Washington State RN license or the ability to obtain one by the start of employment and two years of professional nursing experience.
