Regulatory Analyst 2, Public Counsel Unit of the Consumer Protection Division, Seattle

The Regulatory Analyst 2 plans and performs economic, financial, or policy research and analysis to formulate and provides technical assistance on regulatory matters to formulate and support the Units’ position on major utility rate cases and other significant utility or transportation proceedings as an advocate for the citizens of Washington state.

• A Bachelor’s degree involving major study in economics, accounting, business or public administration, finance, social sciences, engineering, law or related field and three years of professional research or analysis experience with an institution engaged primarily in regulatory matters; or two years as a Regulatory Analyst 1 or equivalent.
