• Incorporates a long-term perspective on the Chubb Life Group and the markets in which it operates into, both planning and execution
• Ability to apply technical expertise, specific knowledge, and judgment to business issues to help improve Chubb Life

• Deep industry knowledge on Life Insurance and related technologies
• Must have experience in programming (any programming language), system architecture and solutioning
• Total overall experience of 13+ with a minimum of 2-5 years of Insurance technology solution and Architecture experience
• Experience working in large, complex, corporate business and technology programs
• Extensive hands-on experience designing all tiers of the solution architecture
• Experience on emerging technologies and tools using AI/ML
• Engineering and solution level knowledge on models, governance, security
• Previous experience working in a regional office environment and working with APAC countries, in a highly matrixed organization
• Effective engagement and alignment of IT with Executive sponsors and Business Stakeholders
• Effective in discussing complex problems and solutions with Developers and Senior Executives alike
• Able to give presentations to large groups of listeners and lead discussions to drive to a final decision or outcome
• Language: The ability to effectively conduct business in English and any other Asian languages is an added benefit
• Tertiary level qualifications in Engineering/Business/Finance or Management
• Equivalent skills and experience will also be considered
