Onsite Special Education Teacher – De Soto, KS Area School Year: 2025–2026 Company: Soliant Education Soliant Education is currently seeking dedicated and qualified Special Education Teachers for full-time, onsite contract positions in the De Soto, KS area. These positions are for the 2025–2026 school year, with a start date of August 1, 2025, and an end date of May 22, 2026. This is a full-time onsite position (37.5 hours/week) and includes comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and weekly pay. Open Positions & Caseloads: 4 Special Education Resource Teachers – Elementary Level 1 Life Skills / Functional Special Education Teacher – Elementary Level Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ specific learning needs Provide specialized instruction and support in resource or functional classroom settings Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Maintain compliance with state and federal special education laws and documentation Monitor and report on student progress regularly Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based team meetings Requirements: Active Special Education Teaching Certification/Licensure in the state of Kansas (KS) Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred) Experience in special education settings (elementary level experience preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work onsite for the full 2025–2026 school year Pay Rate: $30–$45 per hour, based on experience and level of education Contract Type: Full-time, onsite, 2025–2026 school year contract Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Weekly pay Supportive hiring and onboarding process Apply NOW!
