Senior Finance Manager, Advertising AI

The goal of the Search and News Ads (SNA) Finance group is to provide key insights that will help Microsoft make better financial and business decisions. We are responsible for delivering advertising that empowers our users by bringing them closer to the people and information that matter most to them.

• Prioritize, develop, and maintain financial models for performance tracking
• Conduct analysis and research studies of financial plans, acquisition activity, and future opportunities/deals
• Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
• Acts as the Finance contact for partners, addressing questions on revenue, expenses, and compliance
• Learns and applies Microsoft Finance fundamentals
• Communicates recurring and ad-hoc results in a logical and understandable message
• Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements
• Drives corrective measures and supports questions regarding documentation, policy adherence, and requirements
• Recommends approved instruments and processes, stays updated on all company policies and procedures, and informs others

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
