Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our team and support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our automation BOTs.

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automation BOTs to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new BOTs, ensuring they align with operational requirements and business objectives.
• Respond promptly to incidents related to BOT operations, performing root cause analyses and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Continuously analyze and optimize BOT performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure BOTs meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of BOT operations, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure all BOT operations adhere to organizational security policies and industry regulations.
• Generate and analyze performance reports related to BOT operations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT operations, with a focus on automation and BOT management.
• Proficiency in automation tools and platforms such as WorkFusion, Astronomer, Azure Cloud etc.
• Linux Administration along with Windows Administration is an added advantage
• Python or PowerShell or Bash Scripting for creating or maintaining automation tasks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
