Responsibilities
- Plan and Scope Projects: Define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria for HR and Talent initiatives.
- Develop Project Plans: Create detailed schedules, allocate resources, and set milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate Stakeholders: Engage HR teams, business leaders, and external vendors to align on project goals and responsibilities.
- Monitor Progress: Track project status, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Ensure Governance: Maintain documentation, compliance, and reporting standards for all HR projects.
- Drive Change Management: Develop communication and training plans to support organizational changes and ensure adoption.
- Measure Outcomes: Evaluate project impact through KPIs and feedback, and present results to HR leadership.
- Act as the communication lead for Talent initiatives, ensuring clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to inform and engage employees about HR projects, talent programs, and cultural initiatives.
- Manage external communication related to employer branding, including social media presence, employer rating platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Great Place to Work), and partnerships with universities or professional networks.
- Create high-quality content for HR Hub, newsletters, and campaigns that align with company values and enhance employee experience.
- Support change management by crafting communication plans for organizational transformations, mergers, and HR system rollouts.
- Collaborate with marketing and corporate communication teams to ensure alignment of tone, design, and brand standards.
- Monitor communication effectiveness through feedback and analytics, continuously improving engagement strategies.
- Act as the regional lead for implementing global HR and Talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Manage translation accuracy for all communication materials and adapt content to reflect cultural differences and local practices.
- Coordinate with global HR teams to localize programs, tools, and campaigns for the region.
- Ensure timely deployment of global projects and monitor adoption across countries.
- Provide feedback to global teams on regional needs and effectiveness of initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience in HR project management and communication.
- Project Management certification or training in Change Management is preferred.
- Fluent English is a must, any additional language will be a plus
