Responsibilities
- Review deliverables/activities as identified in the test plans for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance
- Ensure adequate test coverage for every release
- Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to the junior members of the software test team
- Review work to ensure compliance and quality
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to the Agile SDLC process
- Strategically incorporate automated testing into the SDLC
- Evaluate new tools for adoption within the organization
- Develop and optimize automation scripts and frameworks using Python
- Automation of testing processes
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Automation solutions customization
- Maintenance and enhancement of automated systems
- Identification of new opportunities for automation within the company's processes
- Collaboration and technical leadership
- Production of high-quality documentation for all automated systems and updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline
- 8 years' experience in Software Testing and/or Software Quality Assurance
- 4 years' experience working in a regulated industry
- 1 year experience working as Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
- Technical strength and experience testing mobile applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
