Datacenter Change Manager

In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day and we need you as a Datacenter Change Manager with the primary focus at reducing stranded capacity by being a key member of the local team in the deployment planning and optimization of the IT capacity, working closely with Electrical Engineers and Critical Environment Field Service Engineer.

• Be accountable to provide program governance, leadership, and direction for all projects
• Support the DC Project Manager’s with project estimation, budget management, ROI calculations, formulate project delivery strategies
• Maintain and report project status, monitor progress, and act as an escalation point
• Support the Campus Director with Field Employee communications
• Liaise with the Data Center Operational Efficiencies team
• Support the field operations leadership teams
• Identify and manage scheduling conflicts
• Working with stakeholders to negotiate implementation dates and schedules across IT, CE, and Facilities teams

• High School Qualification or equivalent AND 6+ years experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments
• OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in reviewing and approving infrastructure changes within critical environment or facilities operations
