Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing organizational change management plans
  • Coaching, facilitating, and mentoring all levels of management
  • Building relationships and trust with project team members, leaders, staff, and stakeholders
  • Developing, updating, and maintaining OCM templates and resources
  • Developing and delivering change management training

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of professional work experience in one or more of the following areas
  • Up to four (4) years of relevant education may substitute year for year for experience
