Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing organizational change management plans
- Coaching, facilitating, and mentoring all levels of management
- Building relationships and trust with project team members, leaders, staff, and stakeholders
- Developing, updating, and maintaining OCM templates and resources
- Developing and delivering change management training
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of professional work experience in one or more of the following areas
- Up to four (4) years of relevant education may substitute year for year for experience
