Remote Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a certified and experienced Remote Special Education Teacher to provide virtual instruction and support services to K–12 students in New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will deliver individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor student progress, and collaborate with school teams and families to ensure students with disabilities receive a high-quality education in a virtual environment.

• Deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) to students with diverse learning needs in a virtual setting, aligned with their IEP goals.
• Conduct virtual assessments and participate in eligibility determination meetings.
• Modify general education curriculum and develop accommodations to meet individual student needs.
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, related service providers, and parents/guardians.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and student support team meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports, service logs, and compliance records.
• Use digital tools and platforms to engage students and track learning outcomes.

• Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher Certification issued by the New Hampshire Department of Education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience teaching students with disabilities (virtual or in-person).
• Familiarity with IEP development, IDEA, and differentiated instruction.
