Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Provide specialized physical therapy services within two school sites in Hartford, CT, supporting a diverse caseload of students aged 8 to 21 years.

• Perform assessments and design individualized physical therapy plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy and provide consultative support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Enhance students' functional mobility, safety, and independence
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress

• Valid Connecticut Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain it
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy
