Maintains budgets, staffing levels, and quality management programs. Provides leadership and direction for the successful operation of long-term care department that integrates the concepts of choice, privacy, dignity individuality and home-like environment.

• Associate's Degree in Related field. Or equivalent educ/experience
• 2 years of work experience in support of operations, administrative services and/or business management, and management of employees.
