About the role

The Worldwide Business Planning Program Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiencies and ensuring consistency across our global sales programs

Responsibilities

  • Understand the organization’s objectives and manage a substantial portion of its current work portfolio
  • Be proactive and bring new perspectives to our focus areas to effectively scale and optimize programs globally
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment, with a flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Execute programs at scale by standardizing programmatic elements and identifying operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve goals, including strong program and project management of complex issues
  • Manage and communicate progress toward deliverables as needed to ensure successful, timely program completion
  • Document program strategy and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a detailed plan to monitor and track all program elements
  • Bring ‘outside the box’ thinking to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Provide top-level, actionable insights into the performance of various Business Planning programs throughout their lifecycle

Requirements

  • 7+ years leading programs in highly matrixed environments
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Background in program and project management, with a strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into compelling key insights
  • Proficient in driving action through collaboration and proactivity, cultivating strong relationships, and influencing stakeholders for optimal outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and solve problems creatively
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
