Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure, Google Cloud

Google’s software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another

• Contribute to horizontal improvements in server telemetry and management stacks
• Build vertical features within the telemetry and management stack to support specific New Product Introductions (NPIs)
• Modernize legacy systems with innovative approaches to enhance fleet stability and NPI velocity
• Maintain and support large-scale fleet systems to ensure continuous operational stability
• Develop and integrate automated test infrastructure and suites (unit and integration) optimized for performance across varied hardware configurations

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience with software development in C++
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining configuration management solutions for system deployments and updates
• Experience managing software release cycles for products or platforms
• Experience performing functional testing on software systems
