About the role
Provide analytical decision-making support for Universal Destinations & Experiences leadership in order to drive significant value through increased efficiency or incremental revenue that positively impacts the company’s bottom-line. Utilize a combination of quantitative methods and experience in the areas of operational planning support, capacity/demand analysis and productivity/process improvement to drive OCF improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical decision-making support for Universal Destinations & Experiences leadership
- Utilize a combination of quantitative methods and experience in the areas of operational planning support, capacity/demand analysis and productivity/process improvement
- Partner with internal clients to facilitate productivity and efficiency related analyses
- Evaluate and improve methods and procedures for the various operational processes throughout the resort
- Assist in the development of business cases and presentations to all levels within UDX
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Management Science, Decision Science, or a closely-related field
- At least 2 internships or multi-semester co-op experience within related field
