About the role
Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective intervention plans. Provide counseling and crisis intervention to support student wellbeing. Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated services.

Requirements
- Valid School Psychologist certification appropriate for K-12 education
- Experience working in school settings, preferably K-12
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and educational psychology best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and families
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
