Clinical Trial Application Specialist I

The Clinical Trials Application Specialist I is knowledgeable in the areas of clinical trial budgets and protocols, Medicare coverage analysis, clinical trial financial processes including invoicing and time and effort, patient and study statuses, and reporting in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).

• Manage, coordinate, and track assigned projects and tasks in CTMS
• Build study shells, add and remove study personnel to applicable studies
• Update CTMS with current informed consent forms and protocol versions
• Enter fixed costs, facilitate physician and vendor payment schedules
• Update study statuses, create financial crosswalks, complete the study activation checklist
• Download applicable study documents for the team's use

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Nursing or related field or
• Associates degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Nursing or related field and One plus years of experience in clinical research in a related role
• Highschool graduate or equivalent with Two plus years of experience in clinical research in a related role
