About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining operations and budget management. You will be overseeing budget allocation and resource planning for marketing initiatives, providing clear visibility into spend and performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide a holistic view of budget utilization, connecting spend to performance where possible
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and Finance to own and prioritize ongoing budget and headcount needs
- Ensure organizational thoroughness by managing the quarterly intake and tracking of marketing analytics and engineering-supported initiatives, streamlining workflows and enhancing the partnership with cross-functional teams to optimize resource prioritization and allocation
- Own team-wide communications for the growth marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience working in marketing strategy, finance, strategy consulting, or banking
- Experience in creating, assessing, and synthesizing budget forecasts
- Experience with Google Workspace (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Experience with spreadsheets, financial modeling, forecasting skills, data visualization with excellent investigative thinking
- Experience with designing and simplifying processes and implementing them
- Ability to collaborate across multiple global teams within the marketing organization
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fluid environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, for developing and delivering compelling narratives to executive audiences
- Excellent critical thinking and business decision-making skills to identify and resolve business issues
