• Help stakeholders improve business processes
• Work with a team of business analysts to implement integrations and design strategies
• Provide employee feedback analysis, operational monitoring, and error resolution
• Make contributions to project execution and solve scaled operations problems
• Oversee execution of data-oriented analysis and influence business decision-making

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience working with multiple data sources
• 5 years of experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams
• 5 years of experience using quantitative, qualitative problem-solving strategies
• 3 years of experience with People Analytics, social science analytics, or applied business analytics
