Sr. Director, Technical Program Management - Card Core

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Program Manager to work on a large integration project within our Card Technology organization

• Lead programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large-scale products and platforms
• Collaborate with enterprise partners to drive execution of a cohesive roadmap
• Develop and maintain partnerships with senior decision-makers
• Drive execution of a cohesive roadmap across multiple workstreams
• Lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to guide technology-based decisions
• Simplify technically complex issues and drive well-educated decisions
• Build and develop a team of technical program managers
• Grow and develop a team of technical program managers
• Build the foundations for the technical program management practice

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs
• Strong technical background
• Experience building and leading a world-class team of technical program managers
• Lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership
