About the role
The Home and Community Living Administration (HCLA) is seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact projects that shape how long-term care services are delivered across the state.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects which affect all aspects of HCLA's business
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor/controlling, and close of multiple large scale, complex, and high visibility projects
- Lead internal, external, cross agency project teams to plan project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource management, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and five years of project management experience, or nine years without a degree
- Experience in all five phases of project management: initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing
- Skilled in applying project management knowledge to complex problems and adapting action plans as needed
