About the role
Responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective workflow in all pharmacy areas, including central, sterile, and satellite operations. Handles and resolves complex issues and complaints, performs pharmacist duties as needed, and provides administrative support and supervision of pharmacy staff. Trains and manages pharmacy team members, enforces departmental policies, and initiates development plans to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal service standards. Oversees operations, including medication dispensing programs, pharmacy automation, and inventory management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of Work Experience
- Licensed Pharmacist
