Software Engineer, Apple Intelligence Model Platform

The Software Engineer, Apple Intelligence Model Platform is responsible for developing and improving unit tests, performance tests, and diagnosing and resolving customer-reported issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operating system fundamentals and experience working throughout the stack.

• Collaborate with teams across Apple on training, qualifying, deploying, and serving models
• Design and refine systems and APIs for Machine Learning and Generative AI
• Understand and adapt new model architectures to constraints of their execution environments
• Work with leadership across Apple to define policy
• Bring industry-leading research to hundreds of millions of people using Apple products every day

• Strong understanding of OS architecture and systems programming fundamentals
