Senior Engagement Manager, WWPS, FedFin ProServe

AWS Engagement Managers seek to understand our customers’ needs, their missions, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in developing and delivering solutions.

• Collaborate across roles to understand a customer’s mission objectives and define project goals
• Lead peers, small teams, or groups of teams made up of AWS members, customer Stakeholders/SMEs, and potentially other third party to create and execute a plan to achieve project goals
• Guide customers through their cloud journey to transform their business
• Leverage AWS mechanisms to help customers envision strategic goals and requirements
• Use agile delivery methodology to lead project teams consisting of business and technical resources while managing scope, schedule, and cost

• 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience
• 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Experience in leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field
