• Coordinate the computerized scheduling application and process for the entire clinic enterprise.
• Provides training to staff and assists with changes/upgrades of computer software.
• Coordinates the telephone system for clinics by monitoring the Navigator software, providing training to staff, and assisting with changes/upgrades to the phone system.

• High School plus specialized training (min. 6 months – 2 years)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with provider schedules.
