Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm Location:895 Howard Gap Road; Fletcher, NC 28732 The role you'll contribute: The Patient Resource Team is a metrics-based inbound scheduling and clinical contact center for physician offices. Our team is often the first contact for a new patient and the ongoing connection to their provider for all their health & wellness needs. The AdventHealth Mission and Service Standards guide each call with the goal of personalized customer service to achieve First Call Resolution. The value you'll bring to the team: Answers inbound calls to the physician practice clinical lines in a polite and professional manner. Assists callers with clinical tasks according to established protocols. Provides appropriate chart documentation. Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff. Qualifications - External Qualifications - External Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: High school graduate or equivalent required 2 years in-clinic experience as certified medical assistant. Responsibilities
- Answers inbound calls to the physician practice clinical lines in a polite and professional manner.
- Assists callers with clinical tasks according to established protocols.
- Provides appropriate chart documentation.
- Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- 2 years in-clinic experience as certified medical assistant.
