• Coordinates prescription processing and medication dispensing.
• Greets patients and fills in clinical information or supervises staff in doing so.
• Accurately interpret prescriptions, check for appropriate medication dose, strength, route, frequency, and prescribing directions.
• Screens for drug allergies, interactions, contraindications, therapy duplication, non-compliance, and other drug-related issues.
• Contacts physicians for any prescription questions or irregularities.

• B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• A current license in the state of Florida / Licensed Pharmacist (RPH)
