PCU/Stepdown Nurse (RN)

Join a specialized healthcare team providing exceptional care in a progressive Stepdown Unit. This contract position offers the opportunity to utilize your skills as a Registered Nurse experienced in progressive care nursing, with a focus on high-acuity patients.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring stepdown monitoring and interventions
• Manage and titrate IV drips and arterial lines as appropriate
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility policies and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with high-acuity care including drip management highly preferred
