• Deliver management reporting, profit & loss reviews, and support forecasting and annual planning
• Prepare monthly reporting packs and contribute to month-end close activities
• Analyze premium production results and financial performance metrics, providing insightful commentary
• Maintain acquisition cost accounting and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Manage TM1 and Cognos records, support report production, and collaborate on system mapping
• Assist with strategic planning for P&C products
• Prepare presentations and financial commentaries for business meetings
• Collaborate with D&A and FP&A teams, supporting ad hoc requests

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
• 3+ years of practical experience (preferably in commercial insurance)
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Proven success in collaborative, team-oriented environments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with financial systems/tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Qlik, TM1 PCW, Peoplesoft, Power BI, Alteryx (preferred)
• Experience accessing and interrogating data warehouses
• Adaptability and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the insurance financial sector is highly desirable
