Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Sherman, CT. In this role, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students in a supportive, collaborative school environment. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to help each student reach their communication and academic goals.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide direct therapy sessions and track student progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active Connecticut SLP license and CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required or in process.
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
