Member of Technical Staff - MTS

Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all. We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) to join our Unified Pipeline team within the Internal Developer Platform group at our Chennai R&D center.

• Build and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines using Harness and Jenkins
• Implement improvements to reduce build and deployment times
• Assist in designing and managing Kubernetes deployment strategies
• Integrate monitoring tools into pipeline workflows
• Write and maintain pipeline code and automation scripts
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to internal tooling
• Work with product teams, security, and NOC to understand deployment requirements
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies

• 2 to 4 years of experience in software development or DevOps roles
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC and commitment to high-quality, iterative delivery
• Hands-on experience with Harness, Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS, and scripting languages
