Licensed Practical Nurse 2, Swing Shift, Full-Time, Non-Perm, Washington Soldiers Home

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care to our residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Process physician orders
• Prepare, carry out, evaluate, record, and revise treatment and interdisciplinary care plans
• Facilitate care as directed by Nursing Care and Regulations of Health Professions and Facility Policies and Procedures

• Current Washington state registered nurse license or unencumbered registered nurse multistate license
• Must be proficient in the English language
• Must be able to pass a DSHS BCCU Background Check
• Must comply with annual Tuberculin Screening
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must maintain regular and reliable attendance
