Data Center Mechanical Engineer, Infrastructure Services

As a key part of the Data Center Operations team, you will lead design and construction administration on large scale projects as Apple’s Owners Representative for the Mechanical Engineer team as a domain expert

• Lead projects through concept, schematic, design development, construction documents, construction administration, commissioning, and final close-out documents
• Collaborating with multiple internal partners, customers and external project partners to drive delivery of data centers and infrastructure projects
• Participating in factory tests, onsite testing, commissioning and other quality checks throughout the project
• Providing ongoing engineering support for smooth transition to production and operations teams

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field or equivalent job-related experience
• 5+ years experience with large mechanical cooling systems
• Ability to travel

• Reliable, efficient, flexible, cost-effective and sustainable data center mechanical designs and systems
