About the role
Manages daily operations and develops, implements, and monitors plans for patient care services in the imaging department. The value you'll bring to the team: Monitors workflow and productivity, adjusting staffing and resources as needed to meet patient demand and ensure timely turnaround. Supports and oversees department regulatory and accreditation compliance. Participates in budget planning and operational decision-making, providing input on staffing, equipment, and resource needs. Engages in talent development, including onboarding, training, and the talent care process to foster a high-performing team. Maintains effective communication with staff, leadership, clinical partners, facilitating alignment on priorities and expectations. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Associate Required Bachelor's Preferred 0 Work Experience Required Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Required or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Required or Nuclear Medicine Technology Cert Board (NMTCB) Required or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) Required or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Required or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Required or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) Required
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Required or
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Required or
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Cert Board (NMTCB) Required or
- American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) Required or
