Special Ed Teacher

This role involves providing specialized instruction to a caseload of approximately eight elementary students, primarily Kindergarten, with varying grade levels and individualized needs.

• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to the unique learning needs of elementary students with disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Support students in achieving academic and social goals within the classroom setting.

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license is required.
• Previous experience working in special education is preferred.
• Strong understanding of early childhood special education and developmental milestones.
• Ability to manage a small caseload effectively and with sensitivity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
