About the role
This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and experience working within K-12 school settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and state regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience providing speech and language services in K-12 school environments
- Strong understanding of school-based therapy protocols and individualized education program (IEP) processes
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in school-age children
