Technical Program Manager, Engineering Excellence, Home and Health

• Serve as a channel between the Test Engineering teams, Program Managers (PM), User Experience (UX), and Support.
• Provide test program management during analysis, design, development, implementation, and post implementation launch phases.
• Engage with the engineering leaders, PM, UX and other Technical Program Managers (TPM) to streamline processes, simplify test execution, and bring tooling efficiencies.
• Run test programs at scale, manage multiple complex and ambiguous test programs, and highlight risks with clear mitigation plans.
• Automate test status, report with clear test signals. Create and maintain automated dashboards.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management and software/hardware testing.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with AI/ML models and existing AI models to enhance their accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
• Experience working with test engineering requirements and converting them into test timelines.
