Social Worker Per Diem Rotate

Reporting to the Social Services Department Manager, the Clinical Social Worker is responsible for clinical social worker services at Doctors Medical Center facilities for all patients, families, and staff.

• Clinical assessment, clinical intervention, consultation, education, and community liaison
• Provide clinical social worker services to patients, families, and staff

• Enrollment in an accredited School of Social Work pending MSW within 6 months
• Hospital Acute Care Social Work experience preferred
• 1+ years experience preferred
