Senior Security Solution Engineer

Maintain expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Security solutions (Entra, Purview, Defender and Sentinel) and apply it to lead technical engagements with customers.

• Maintain expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Security solutions (Entra, Purview, Defender and Sentinel) and apply it to lead technical engagements with customers.
• Independently deliver discovery, demo, and whiteboarding sessions that align with customer business goals and technical readiness.
• Build competitive strategy by identifying product differentiators and proactively addressing objections to win technical decisions.
• Lead solution design and PoC efforts by reframing customer challenges, quantifying business impact, and demonstrating Microsoft’s value in complex selling environments.
• Know when and how to escalate blockers, push back on misaligned objections, and guide customers through resolution paths.
• Engage in partner sell-with scenarios by co-owning technical execution and acting as a trusted source of partner knowledge.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales, solution architecture or technical consulting experience
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales, solution architecture or technical consulting experience
• OR 5+ years technical pre-sales, solution architecture or technical consulting experience
• OR equivalent experience
