• Responsible for executing the TA workflow within the relevant HR systems
• Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Conducting screening interviews to recruit prospective employees
• Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, and skills

• 4+ years co-ordinating and sourcing experience in a corporate environment
• 4 years’ experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
• Proficient in leveraging automation and AI technologies to streamline recruitment processes
• Experience working with recruiting/applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
• Experience sourcing and projects via LinkedIn
