About the role

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data ingestion and governance protocols with partner teams as the business owner for State of Sites.
  • Advocate for Data Capture Platform (DCP's) priorities in automation efforts and manage resourcing with OneFleet.
  • Communicate status, progress, milestones, and risks to executives.
  • Serve as the expert on the Critical User Journey (CUJs) required to enable rapid scenario planning such that we can quickly answer the question 'Can I serve this new or changed customer demand?'
  • Present and manage trade-offs between multiple priorities, raising clear analysis and guidance to leadership to drive decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of work experience in management consulting, capacity planning, or operations planning.
  • 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports.
  • Experience collaborating and influencing stakeholders spanning across multiple organizations and different levels of responsibilities.
