Provide specialized nursing care on the 5th Floor South Orthopedics unit, focusing on comprehensive patient assessment, individualized care planning, and collaborative healthcare delivery.

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care through assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity and quality of care
• Provide clear communication and education to patients and families for optimal care transitions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and confidentiality regulations
• Document all care activities accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Support and mentor peers and newly hired staff as needed

• Valid California RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in Orthopedics nursing
